Our story

the/data/junkie was initially just one geek with a laptop and a deep passion for data and analytics. That was in 2015 in Dubai/UAE.

It was not long until we grew into a collective of 25 wizards in various respective fields ranging from data engineering, data science, business intelligence, backend engineers and business strategists.

Our team is dispersed throughout the globe and lives in 12 different countries with three distinct hotspots: Dubai, London and Paris.

Our common glue, a deep passion for data and fixing things.
